Acresift is a small new project by a small team at Slava Solutions. It started with one land developer in North Carolina who wanted to rule out bad parcels faster: flooded, landlocked, too steep, wrong zoning.

What we believe

Public records are good enough to kill most bad deals from a desk, if someone puts them in one place.

Every fact should say where it came from and how old it is. When we don't know something, we say so instead of guessing.

Where we are

Acresift is in beta, version 0.1. North Carolina is in; Georgia is loading. The roadmap shows what's next and what's new shows what we've shipped.
