Overview

Acresift API 1.0.0

Read-only access to Acresift’s parcel data: coverage, parcel cards, site facts, sale and owner history, and buy-box screening.

Field names follow the RESO Data Dictionary where it has the concept; each field says its unit and meaning. Dates are ISO 8601, money is in CurrencyCode (ISO 4217), states are USPS codes with the ISO 3166-2 code beside them, counties are Census GEOIDs. null means unknown, never zero.

Every call except /v1/coverage and /v1/sources needs an API key: Authorization: Bearer ak_…. Errors are RFC 9457 problem details.
